Gabriella Tomaino

As a Communication major at the University of Connecticut, I’ve immersed myself in the dynamic world of sports media through roles with UConn Athletic Communications, the UConn Journalism Department, and as a broadcaster for WHUS, the school radio station. My deep passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences has driven me to co-host a podcast and write engaging articles that focus on UConn sports. With experience gained from multiple internships in sports media, I’ve developed a strong foundation in journalism, broadcasting, and media production. My dedicated work ethic, combined with my bubbly personality, has allowed me to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while building meaningful relationships along the way. I’m committed to pursuing a career that bridges my love for sports and media, where I can continue creating impactful content and sharing stories that resonate with audiences.
