Gabriella Tomaino

I am a Communication major at the University of Connecticut with hands-on experience in sports media and storytelling. Through my work with UConn Athletic Communications and Operations, the UConn Journalism Department, and WHUS Radio, I have developed a strong foundation in journalism, broadcasting, and media production. I have also gained professional experience as a Digital Media Intern for SNY, contributing to coverage and content centered around the UConn Women's Basketball team. I am driven by a passion for connecting with audiences through compelling sports stories. My experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments has strengthened my work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail. With a bubbly personality and a collaborative mindset, I enjoy building meaningful relationships while producing content that informs and engages. I am pursuing a career that blends my love for sports and media, with the goal of creating impactful content that resonates with audiences.
